Dr Justin Dabner PhD (Tas), BCom LLB (Hons), Grad Dip of Legal Practice, Chartered Tax Adviser
Dr Justin Dabner is a registered tax agent and chartered tax adviser. Previously, he was the National Tax Director for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and, later, Ernst and Young, an Associate Professor at the Law School at James Cook University and admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in the State of Tasmania. Dr Dabner has over 30 years’ experience in providing tax advice and tax and corporate law instruction and is a prolific author in the field of taxation law with over 150 published articles and numerous books and book chapters. He has been engaged to produce commentary and other material for CCH Australia and Thomson Reuters and is a frequent presenter at local and international conferences.
